Texas Allied Petroleum Grows its Business in Just Six Years
Since its incorporation in November 2005, the Austin-basted Texas Allied Petroleum Inc has been opening up new oil and gas energy sources for medium energy development clusters in the country. It has since been producing more than half a million cubic feet of natural gas and with the growing demand for crude, it has been busy harnessing advance technologies in tapping new oil finds in the country. As a result it has grown its operating presence in various oil drilling sites outside of Texas and now has extensive operating presence in the states of Kansas, Wyoming and Louisiana.
February last year saw Texas Allied Petroleum struck oil from its 2,200-foot deep Wilson/Todd Well in Coffee County, Kansas. It has also seen active participation in the 35 Project consisting of 15 offshore drillings in the Plaquemines Parish along the Louisiana Gulf Coast. It has also reworked and revived the oil wells in Little Laramie, Cooper Cave and Herrick in Wyoming which produced an aggregate 100 barrels of oil each day.
Back in its home town, Texas Allied Petroleum has won a lease to develop and produce oil in the 300-acre Henry Crooks Survey region and a 30-acre Lampley lease in the Lavaca County. The company has also options to develop 4 more oil wells in the gas and oil rich Yequa Sand formation in Liberty Country. Over the next few years, with its aggressive stance in the energy sector, expect the company to bag more oil and natural gas exploration and development projects.
